We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).


🚫 Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items received.

  • Incorrect or invalid products shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “no longer needed” are not accepted.


🔄 Exchange-First Policy

We prioritise exchanging the product over refunding, wherever possible.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item,

  • A defective or damaged product, or

  • An incomplete order,

We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

  • An exchange is not possible due to logistical reasons.

  • Upon special approval in certain exceptional cases.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, TRENDOZ will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For any other reasons, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.


📸 Proof Required for Quick Processing

To process your request faster, we may ask for:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • A short description of the problem.

This helps us verify and resolve your request quickly.
